Description
Starfish team tryouts are cheduled for Wed Sept 8th at
6:30 at the Niskayuna High School Pool and Monday,
Sept 13th at Siena College Pool at 6:30pm.
Please check the website before attending for any changes to that
schedule.
Send us an email to let us know you are coming to
tryouts.
PLEASE BRING A COPY OF THE SWIMMER'S
BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THE POOL (NON-RETURNABLE) (IF THE SWIMMER IS
ONLY NEW TO USA SWIMMING)
Please arrive a few minutes early so that you can be on
deck and ready to get into the pool. Swimmers trying out
should wear swimsuit and goggles and bring a towel and water if
needed.
To join our swim team swimmers should be able to swim the length
of the pool without holding onto the lane lines and have some
knowledge of freestyle. We look for this due to safety.
The children will be in deep water at times and we want to make
sure they are strong enough.
